BIZVision - Seeing Your Organization From the Right Perspective
We begin every business solution with a new client using our own
methodology BIZVision. The foundation of
BIZVision is the same as the foundation of our entire consulting methodology;
understanding the integration of People, Process and Technology.
BIZVision allows us to understand the organization from all aspects needed to effectively provide business advice to the areas that drive efficiency and profits. BizVision also allows us to match solutions to the personality of the company, effectively designing and implementing business solutions that work.
BIZVision begins with a 100 part questionnaire designed to provide us with the information to build a foundation of knowledge we need to know. Once this information is entered into our data systems, we will begin to map the company and create a business picture we can use going forward.
Upon finalization of the original BizVision questionnaire model for each client, we can then add other parts that will help us to understand some of the less though of areas within the organization. We utilize a personal interview program to gain a better understanding of each employee that affects the area of the business we are focusing on. We may employ the DISC profile system, which can be used individually and within a team environment to help to better understand the overall morale and psychology of the business.
Finally, BizVision will guide us throughout the development of changes to the business and each change will be documented and mapped within the BizVision profile. This mapping is unique to each client and guides our consulting team in all it does for the client. Most client require a follow up to any major business changes to ensure that the changes are being adhered to and to make any adjustments to the BizVision model needed due to growth, retraction or changes needed to meet new goals or reestablish goals not meet or exceeded.
BIZVision is not invasively costly to our clients and may be performed at no upfront cost if combined with a specific project. BizVision is good for any project ranging from Operations, Business Startup or Growth Initiatives, Business Transition Issues and Business Rescue.
